Biography.
Singer/musician with a heritage in Theatre Sports hit the stand-up circuit for the first time in April 2011, Andy has already enjoyed success as finalist in the Comedy Heat competition, and debuted in Bannermans at the Edinburgh festival 2011 where his performances brought offers of paid work as far afield as Aberdeen, and were received with much acclaim by many critics.
He currently has a tight five, a slack six and and a half, which comes back together at a ten, by then he has them by the bollocks or they’ve all fucked off home.
Character comedy as Andrew “Gilsey” Lovecock, a man of considerable breeding who revels in his debauchery and is capable of anything, lock up your daughters and your tortoise too
Straight stand-up as Andy Zapp, madcap adult humour, incorporating physical comedy, clowning & buffoonery & the occasional blast on the harmonica
Currently working several days a week on the London circuit, a regular performer at venues like UpTheCreek, TNT, & The Cavendish, always seeking stage time to develop as a human being and a comic.
