Biography:
Ayoade Bamgboye is a comedy writer/performer and artist. She’s performed at various pubs and pub theatres in London including but not limited to the Bill Murray, the Moth Club, and an hour long one-woman show inspired by every one-(white) woman show ever performed, titled Rubbish and Nonsense, at the White Bear Theatre in Kennington.
A24 produced her Channel 4 Playground, RISE & SHINE WITH CHANNEL 9, which Ayoade wrote & starred in, alongside Daniel Rigby.
For her debut hour at Edinburgh Fringe 2025, Ayoade won the Edinburgh Fringe Comedy Award for Best Newcomer.
