One of the most distinctive new voices on the UK comedy scene, Bella Narain is a London-based stand-up comedian originally from New York and California, with Jewish and Brazilian heritage.
She moved to London after completing her studies at UCLA and the King’s College London School of Law, before stepping into stand-up and quickly building a reputation for her sharp, fearless humour and bold stage presence. Her material blends clever wordplay, cultural commentary, and playful audience interaction — delivered with confidence and a wink to the crowd.
Bella has appeared on BBC Radio 4 and has performed across the UK comedy circuit. She has also opened for Esther Manito, further establishing herself as a rising act to watch.
Her performances have earned praise from established comedians, with Phil Wang describing her as “wonderful chaos”and Sam Rhodes calling her a “destroyer of the male ego.”
Breaking convention, Bella is recognised as the first comedian in the UK to perform stand-up in lingerie, reflecting her bold and unapologetic approach to comedy.
