Biography

 BGT Star Jonathan Rippon is one of the brightest emerging LGBTQ+ comedy talents in the UK. He combines cheeky with charming and throws in some musical parody to create standup comedy magic.

Jonathan was a finalist in the Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year and the Comedy Bloomers LGBTQ+ New Comedian of the Year competition, performing a set at the legendary Clapham Grand. He was also a semi-finalist in the prestigious comedy competition, ‘So You Think You’re Funny’, performing at the Edinburgh Fringe for the first time.

Jonathan has continued performing at some of the best comedy clubs in the UK and also appeared with Alex Horne and the Horne Section for Channel 4’s Stand Up To Cancer.
