Biography
Lewis Garnham is one of Australia’s most exciting stand-up comedians, known for his laconic, self-assured storytelling and sharp social observations. Since reaching the Melbourne International Comedy Festival RAW Comedy National Final in 2016, he has toured new solo shows every year, selling out seasons across Australia and internationally. His specials Hit A Pigeon With His Bike (2023) and Choosing The Wrong Story To Tell (2024) cemented his reputation as a major voice in Australian comedy, with the latter acquired by 800 Pound Gorilla Media.
His 2025 tour sold out entire runs in every major Australian city, with 10 extra shows added at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, all of which also sold out.
Beyond stand-up, Lewis has built a huge online following with over 130,000 combined followers on TikTok and Instagram, starred in award-winning short films and the upcoming feature Broken Elbow, published short stories and satire, and hosted the eclectic podcast Stream of Contentedness. He tours internationally, now based in London where he performs regularly at the city’s biggest clubs, alongside appearances at The Comedy Store LA, The Stand NYC, and all major Australian clubs.
