MC Hammersmith (real name Will Naameh) grew up attending an all-male, middle class private school in the suburb of Hammersmith, west London.
After escaping this, he took up improv classes while studying for a degree in Linguistics at the University of Edinburgh.
Combining his love for linguistics and improvisation, he first started performing solo freestyle rap in 2016.
