We generally sell out all of our shows, so it is essential to buy tickets in advance on our website, this includes free shows or buying Members tickets.

We do have a returns policy that means we can sell tickets on if people have not arrived by the start of the show from our Box Office. We do this once the show starts. We now use the WalkUp digital queue system to manage people waiting for tickets. To use WalkUp you have to come to the venue and join our virtual queue and you will be notified via phone if we have any tickets. The digital queue for each show opens 1 hour before the show starts.

All our seating is unallocated and we advise large groups to come at least 30 minutes early to sit together, we can't guarantee groups arriving well before the start of the show will be able to sit together.

Day backpacks and ruscksacks are permitted but are subject to being searched by our security teams.
Larger backpacks and luggage bags are not permitted in the venue and there is very limited storage in the venue itself.
There are luggage storage spots around the area and can be found with a quick internet search. -
We have disabled access at our Kingsway venue so please book tickets for shows there.
We also have a the ground floor venue at Drury Lane that is accessible.

Yes you can! There are lots of places near the club to get food.

We do not accept Stag and Hen parties.

We do allow people into the shows once it's started as long as we have seats available, it's likely if you are late that you will have to sit separately in single seats. It's essential to arrive early if you want to sit together! Please keep in mind, for sold out shows, we do start reselling tickets 15 minutes after the show starts if we have no shows. It is imperative that you arrive prior to the show starting to avoid any issues.

You can buy a membership card on the front desk for £20 or come to one of our regular 'donation' shows and donate £12 or more at the end.

Nice try! We like to keep our famous faces secret, as they are often working on new material for TV or new shows, and they love being able to perform here as a Secret Guest without the pressure, plus surprises are much more fun!

Yes, We allow entry to under 18s, only if they are with a parent/s. This is a condition on our alcohol license to protect minors.

Tickets may be refunded at the management's discretion if requested ahead of time.

You will need your booking reference number and original card details.
Please call as soon as you can, so the tickets can go on sale. Our ticketing system will NOT give refunds after the show has started. -
Yes, as of June 2025, we have installed a powerful air conditioning system through all our performance areas. Come along and keep cool and enjoy some comedy.

We do not. If you feel nervous about Covid-19 we advise you not to visit our venue as it is a crowded space with no restrictions.
