Biography.
Al is an Irish comedian, first discovered at the RTE Two New Comedy Awards in 2013. On TV, he hosted Blind Date on TV3 and has appeared on Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, Live at The Apollo and Insert Name Here.
His hugely successful Edinburgh debut hit was nominated for Best Show in 2016, followed by Al Porter At Large, a new show full of cheekiness, honesty and sparkling showmanship.
Al hosted the lunchtime radio show on Today FM. He has also recorded for Radio 4’s The Now Show.
