Biography
Awards: winner of The Percy Award at Adelaide Fringe 2016, the Comedy Ashes Adelaide 2016 and 2015, the Hobgoblin Comedy Award 2015, and the Laughing Horse New Act Competition 2014, 2nd place at the New Act of the Year Show 2015, finalist for the Leicester Square New Act competition 2014, for So You Think You’re Funny 2013, for Comedy Knights New Act competition 2013 and Fight for the Funny 2013, and an honourable mention in Dave’s Best Joke of the Fringe 2015.
Jenny moved from the Welsh mountains to the Big Smoke in 2010 and has since embarked upon a career in stand up comedy. Jenny is a regular on BBC Radio Wales, with recent appearances including The Leak, and has written for The News Quiz on BBC Radio 4. She has performed in Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland and most recently in Australia where she won the Percy Award for most tickets sold in ‘The Imaginarium’, (over 1900 tickets) during the Adelaide Fringe.
