Rachel Parris started out in improv comedy, and has performed with the Oxford Imps, Mother’s Ruin, Robin and Partridge, Canadian Content and Scenes From Communal Living, the long-running improve hit in London, with a cast including Rob Broderick, Ben Van de Velde and Jessica Fostekew. As well as a variety of improv, Rachel has acted in comedy sketch shows including Correctness Gone Mad, The Life and Times of Sigmund Freud and more recently appeared in Bare Dollar,a comedy play with Eddie award-winning comedians The Marvellous Dorians, which ran to acclaim in Edinburgh and London.
Since early 2010 she has been on the stand-up circuit, performing her own brand of musical comedy and character comedy. She performs regularly across London and is a finalist in the 2010 Funny Women awards.
